No sugar added! Congrats to Johnny and Mom too! I was just looking over my first posts. Boy were the first two months hard. I think the part where it really became a lifestyle was during the holidays. If you can make it through Thanksgiving and Christmas without a single cookie...there's no way you're going to let yourself blow it after that.
Also, almost everytime she sees me, Cae asks what day I'm on. When she asked on Sunday and I told her 197 she was impressed..and I try my darndest not to let Cae down no matter what. So 165 more days is not a problem.
