Day 274

So we blew up one of the kayaks in the living room last night...we had thought the air mattress pump would do it quicker than the foot pump that came with it..boy were we wrong..it was seriously funny how quickly it went after trying to blow the darn thing up for 20 minutes the other way.

Oh and yes the FedEx man tried to give me a cheesecake from NY today while I was on the desk. I ponted out that it was in fact not a cheesecake for the library, rather it was for a law clerk. The FedEx man said, "Well darn it, I tried to give you a cheesecake to make your day." I just laughed...little did he know..that cheesecake would have not made my day..it would have taunted you. For those who don't know cheesecake is one of my top three downfalls..I love the stuff..the rich creaminess is lovely...during certain periods of my life..oh lets say most of 2002, I pretty much lived on the stuff...and I'm not about to blow it now..not with a kayak waiting for it's maiden voyage on Saturday.

No sugar added..and especially no FedExed Cheesecake Added.
