Just finished ellipticalling..really I need to figure out a spelling and stick with it. I put it up to resistance 3 and did the ramps on a variety of heights. I need some new workout songs..I might work on that tonight..although I have homework as well.
As far as no sugar, both John and I made it through the holidays with our goals intact. Clementines were a big help and they may be helping our immune systems as well.
