Just ellipticalled. When I feel like I want to get off and quit, I think "Hey physically you know you can do this, so why quit." The answer usually is that I'm bored, so I've decided that when I reach that state it's time to push myself harder. So, I've been doing the ramp on each level for five minutes, and at the highest point I upped the resistance level to 6. Definitly felt it this morning.
No sugar added today...in fact nothing but uber healthy eating today..I think I really like rice and beans with veg for lunch.
