Day 140

It's Sunday, so no elliptical report today, although we might go on a walk this afternoon it's such a pretty day.

Back in the kitchen where this whole qwest began...hard to believe it was a 140 days ago...I feel so much more in control of myself and what I choose to put into my body. It's a great feeling to be able to sit at the table with everyone else sucking on my favorite See's suckers and not feel deprieved or sorry for myself. The suckers will still be sold once I'm done with my year..and it's not hard to say no anymore..it's just a way of life.
