Day 137

No sugar added..and I just finished my 30 minutes. I feel tired tonight, but good that I'm keeping my committments to myself first before I keep them for school or anyone else. John's making dinner on weeknights..really helps. It's easier to do it now than at 5:00 in the morning and it helps me get rid of work stress so I can focus more easily on school.
